1. About us
These terms apply to all quotes, orders and installations provided by Cosy Blinds & Curtains, a sole trader operated by Simranjeet Singh, Adelaide, South Australia.

2. Quotes
All quotes are provided following a free in-home measure and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Quotes are based on the specific measurements, products and materials discussed at the time of measure. Any changes to scope, product selection or materials after a quote is accepted may affect the final price.
3. Orders and deposits
Once a quote is accepted, we will confirm the order details with you in writing (email or message). We may require a deposit before ordering custom-made products. The deposit amount will be stated in your quote. All products are made to your exact measurements and specifications and cannot be returned once manufactured.
4. Installation
Installation is carried out by Simran personally. We will agree on an installation date that suits you. We ask that the installation area be accessible and clear of obstructions on the day. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, please give us as much notice as possible.
5. Payment
Final payment is due on or before the day of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of quoting. Goods remain the property of Cosy Blinds & Curtains until paid for in full.
6. Warranty
We provide a 5-year warranty on all products and installation workmanship. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at cosyblindsandcurtains@gmail.com or call 0469 343 800. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement or appropriate remedy as required under this warranty and the Australian Consumer Law.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Custom-made products
All products are custom-made to your specific measurements and cannot be exchanged or refunded simply because you have changed your mind. We take care to confirm all measurements, colours and specifications with you before ordering. Please review all details carefully before approving an order.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy for goods that are not of acceptable quality or not fit for purpose, are not affected by this clause.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our goods or services is limited to the cost of re-supplying or repairing the relevant goods or services. We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Disputes
If you have a concern about our work or products, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. If we cannot resolve the matter directly, disputes are governed by the laws of South Australia and parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at infocosyblindsandcurtains.com/terms.html. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
