We collect this information solely to respond to your quote request, to call or email you back, arrange a free in-home measure, and provide you with a quote for your window furnishings.

Who we share it with

Your form submission is processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form handling service, which delivers your enquiry to our email inbox. Web3Forms does not store your data beyond delivery. Aside from the website analytics described below, we do not share your personal information with any other third parties.

Website analytics, advertising and cookies

We use DataFast (datafa.st), a privacy-friendly website analytics service, to understand how visitors find and use our website, such as which pages are viewed and which areas people are interested in. This helps us improve the site and our service.

DataFast uses a cookie to recognise returning visitors and collects aggregate usage data. It does not collect sensitive personal information, it is not used for advertising, and it does not track you across other websites. Your enquiry form details (name, phone, email and message) are never shared with DataFast.

We also use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to measure website traffic and understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location (based on IP address), the device and browser you use, and how you navigate the site. This information helps us improve the website. The data is processed by Google and may be transferred to and stored on servers outside Australia. We do not use it for advertising, and your enquiry form details are not sent to Google Analytics. You can read how Google handles this data in the Google Privacy Policy.

We also use Google Ads to advertise our services. When you arrive from one of our ads or complete an action such as submitting the enquiry form or clicking our phone number, Google Ads uses cookies to measure which ads and keywords led to that action. This helps us understand which advertising is effective. This is conversion measurement only; we do not use it to build profiles to follow you around other websites. These tags are delivered through Google Tag Manager, which is a tool that loads our analytics and advertising tags but does not itself collect personal information.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can manage how Google uses your data for advertising at My Ad Center. You can also block or delete cookies at any time through your web browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to browse our website or submit an enquiry.

How long we keep it

We retain your contact details for as long as necessary to complete your job and for a reasonable period afterwards in case any warranty or follow-up issues arise. If you would like us to delete your information at any time, simply email or call us and we will do so promptly.
